Coquito

Not into traditional nog? Try making a batch of virgin coquito, Puerto Rico’s creamy coconut answer to eggnog. Deliciously rich, this recipe makes enough to share with the family (hubby can add rum if he likes later).

Ingredients
2 cans coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extra
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high for 5 minutes. Refrigerate and serve cold.
