Transparent Dry Shampoo

The Claim: It’s an oil-absorbing spray that refreshes tresses without leaving behind that nasty white residue.

The Verdict: Just as the company touts, this dry shampoo does leave hair shiny and clean without the build-up, but some have complained that it doesn’t absorb ALL of the oil, and say that it smells like Lemon Pledge — which we guess is okay if you don’t mind walking around smelling like polished furniture.
