It’s been a while since we’ve seen former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Lisa Wu.

She’s actually been very busy with various projects outside of the reality show arena.

During our conversation, I realized that she’s such an amazing woman who spent a great deal of her time managing her social and personal life in front of the cameras. But what some people fail to realize is that she’s also a very talented writer and a very down to earth individual.

Lisa Wu was gracious enough to speak with MOMMYNOIRE, while she handled some real estate business in the middle of a rain and hail storm in Atlanta, GA.

Here’s what Lisa says about family, fitness, and keeping it all together…

MOMMYNOIRE: What advice do you have for mothers juggling family and career?

L.W: Stay organized ladies! I admit I’m not the most organized person in the world, so I make sure that I keep all of my bases covered with help in that area.

MOMMYNOIRE: And how do you keep a sense of normalcy in your world?

L.W: I make sure I take time for myself. I have three beautiful boys ages 17, 14, and 5, and I know that if I don’t reenergize it’s a detriment to everyone.

MOMNYNOIRE: How do you reenergize?

L.W: I love facials, massages, yoga and meditation. And an occasional glass of wine when I really want to treat myself.

MOMMYNOIRE: Any tips on eating well?

L.W: I do have a great recipe that includes lemon, spinach, ginger, and water. It’s great for energy when you need a boost!
