I guest if Janelle look like Brandy nobody would be talking about her or her music because this song stinks. It seems as though this song was written and prouduce in 30 minutes by a 12 year old. Where`s TLC when you need them?

I see you are trapped in a no evolution mind frame. I grew up listening to TLC and I do admire them. Unlike other artist, you have to sit down and take Janelle’s words in. She speaks volume and essence….Lesson for the day: Youtube and elevate your mind……Her latest album Archandroid is a classic!!!!!!!!!…..

volume and essence?? sounds more like trash and garbage. I`ll stick to my Stevie Wonder CD`s.

I love the high art effect of the video! The song starts as funk then becomes jazz, and ends as hip hop. This is incredible to flow through three genres in 6 minutes. Who else has done this?

Janelle is absolutely awesome. I’m 57 and taking both of my Grandsons, ages 11 and eight years old to see her concert. When she comes to my town, she will be performing at an Ivy League venue. Finally we have an innovative, intelligent, beautiful, class act. If you LISTEN, she elevates, motivates and has fun songs. Those that criticize, only project your OWN negativity, ignorance, and low self-esteem within yourself. I admire Ms Monae because she is not selling the herself as a sex act or circus clown. By the way, she is also one of the new faces of Covergirl. My Grandsons and Daughters, as well as myself, have ALL of her music, videos, interviews and podcasts because she is an intelligent individual. I’m NOT a stan, just a person who enjoys music and anyone or anything that helps on the journey of life that enhances a higher level of consciousness. I’m looking forward to Electric Lady. #<3andrespect

People are so busy wanting Nicki to be the next Lauryn Hill when Janelle has already proven she’s more than capable of being the next Ms. Hill of our geneation.
