A new generation of fathers are stepping up to the plate! Not just with childcare and the laundry, but also in the kitchen. While some men don’t think its “manly” to enter such a zone, there are a lot, including me, who actually enjoy cooking.

Ask Martha, ask Paula…cooking is an art, it’s a way to express yourself. With our wives and girlfriends having more demanding jobs, working longer hours and traveling on business trips, it’s easier to hold the family down in the kitchen.

When my wife craves seafood, one of my favorite things to make are DAPPER DAN CRAB CAKES.
