Usher Wins Custody Battle Over Ex-Wife Tameka Foster, Judge Orders Him As Primary Parent

After what seems to have been the longest and ugliest custody battle between R&B singer Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster, a Georgia judge has said the final word and Usher will have primary custody of their two sons, Usher V aka Cinco and Naviyd.

Although Tameka, who recently lost her 11-year-old son Kile in jet-ski accident, accused her ex of abusing drugs and being an absentee father, it was she who was portrayed as the inattentive and irresponsible parent.

There aren’t many details on the custody arrangements, but reports are stating that Usher has full parental control and will make the decisions on when and where Tameka can she their children.

As mothers, do you agree with the judge’s ruling??

We at MommyNoire feel for Tameka as it is bad enough that she has lost one son completely,but now she has her little ones taken away from her as well.

Im in the middle with the judge’s decision…This stuff happens to father’s all the time.. this doesnt make it right, but it happens. If they both could have went in for joint custody, it could have helped her get get something. I hope she doesnt go into depression losing her children.

  Well I think its the best for the children to be with Usher, she seems to be a little negligent really why would anyone let a 10yr old child on a jetski, at that age children don’t have any common sense it’s up to the adult to look out for thier safety and she obviously has no common sense its ok to say NO to our children when what they want to do might be dangerous as a Mother I’ve had to say NO meny times and they understood why later on and got over it.

i don’t know all the facts, but i don’t think a mother should ever lose all custody of her kids unless those kids are in danger.
