Father's day is almost here and Mommynoire is looking at some of our favorite celebrity fathers with their little ones. In 2009, Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou welcomed their baby boy Kenzo Lee Hounsou. Djimon Hounsou came to the United States in 1990 to pursue a modeling career. Who could forget Djimon flexing in Janet Jackson's music video for her 1990 single "Love Will Never Do Without You"? Yeah.
Kenzo made three children for Kimora, and his name reportedly actually means three. Kenzo is adorable and possesses a head-full of curls. Albeit Kimora and Djimon have not been together since 2012, they still co-parent and Kenzo and Djimon are oftentimes spotted out and about.
Djimon is the voice of Drago Bludvist, a ruthless villain who tries to destroy the land of Berk with an army of dragons in the new movie, How to Train Your Dragon 2, in theaters Friday, June 13. He confessed he needed to have a talk with Kenzo before the Cannes Film Festival premiere. "I kind of have to prep him," the Blood Diamond star told E! News while promoting the movie at the Carlton Hotel. "He's not quite aware that I'm playing a bad guy. He hasn't seen me playing a bad guy. That's going to be interesting."
Even though people have told him for years to do voiceover work because of his "interesting voice," Dragon 2 is Djimon's animated movie debut.
"It's long overdue and I'm quite excited," Hounsou said. And, he added, he "absolutely" did the movie for Kenzo.
