Wondering what is wrong with the “child leash”? What is the difference in harnessing your kid in a stroller, or harnessing then with a backpack that allows them to walk? It’s a great tool for the independent toddler!

What in the world is a placenta brooch and a fetus necklace????

Yeah, the leash is actually pretty awesome…used one on my daughter when she was 3 and my son was an infant and I had to fly alone with them. I held her hand but felt better having that backup in the airport.

Yeah, Ms. Hawkins is way off the mark in calling the baby leash ridiculous. The baby leash is wonderful. Especially when I was heavily pregnant & couldn’t move very fast, using that was the only way I could take my toddler outside for a walk & some fresh air without fear of her darting off into the street or our neighborhood pond. I attached a retractable leash to the backpack so she could roam a little farther…but not too far. She loves her animal backpack & never minded in the slightest having it on. …you do what you have to do to keep your children safe. The toddler backpack leash is wonderful.

You did a great job on the rest though, Ms. Hawkins. :) [...one possible exception being the steps to the changing table. Toddlers wear diapers too, & if lifting a heavy toddler to change them is difficult for you due to a handicap of one kind or another, then having the steps may be quite helpful. I think that when I was heavily pregnant I would have appreciated having those. My toddler's grandmother would definitely appreciate them, too. No bending & lifting a heavy child to change them.]

The baby fetus necklace and the placenta brooch are just bizarre. The playdough cologne is odd; I like the smell of commercially made playdough but as a cologne?

I don’t see a problem with the toddler changing table. We have them at the early childhood center where I teach and they are useful. The average family or parent might not need one but they’re handy to have.

What’s wrong with the temp gauge rubber ducky I think it’s a good idea for newer parents who don’t know how hot is to hot for a child

Wow, really? Just leave it be.This was made for moms to look at and have a giggle. You wanna strap a leash on your kid or harness them to the wall so they can watch you pee? Go for it. To each her own. “Whats wrong with this… But I actually think…” nobody cares what you think. Somebody did research and put up pictures of bizarre things. This probably wasn’t a cue for you to whine.
